As an<\/strong> authorized user<\/strong> of your ChurchTools, you can quickly and easily perform transactions for rooms or items yourself, either on the website or in the app. Or you can ask someone who has permission to submit a request on your behalf. Booking requests are then either automatically confirmed right away or manually confirmed or rejected after being reviewed by a supervisor. You can delete or modify your own requests. <\/p>\n\n If you request a booking for a resource that has already been requested or booked, you\u2019ll receive a clear note about the scheduling conflict<\/strong> when you try to make the booking. If a resource is set to allow multiple bookings, you won\u2019t see a warning note when you request that resource.
