In the templates, you can enter various pieces of information that you\u2019d like to have pre-filled for your new event.<br \/>For example, you can create event templates for different church services, prayer and worship evenings, or any other type of event in your congregation. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To create a new event template, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Open the duty roster<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In <em>the Events module<\/em> (1), navigate to <em>the Schedule<\/em> (2) and click on &#8221; <em>Edit Event Templates<\/em> &#8221; (3).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"940\" height=\"301\" src=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7899\" srcset=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-2.png 940w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-2-300x96.png 300w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-2-768x246.png 768w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-2-360x115.png 360w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Enter information<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the dialog box that opens, you can enter all the information you want to have pre-filled when creating a new event using this template.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-1ccdadb1 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#22c55e;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#dcfce7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">Instead of creating a new event template, you can also edit existing event templates here. To do so, simply select the <em>template<\/em> (1) you want to edit and then follow the rest of these instructions. <\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can specify which <strong>calendar<\/strong> (2) the event should be created in, what the <strong>title<\/strong> (3) should be (this will also be the title of your new event template), and whether <strong>additional information<\/strong> (4) should be included by default.<br \/><br \/>You can designate <strong>admins<\/strong> (5) for the event by typing in the person&#8217;s name and then selecting them. If there are multiple admins, separate their names with commas. <br \/><br \/>If your event always takes place at the same time, you can also save the <strong>start time<\/strong> (6) and <strong>duration<\/strong> (7).<br \/><br \/>On the right-hand side, you can specify whether certain <strong>roles<\/strong> (8) and <strong>facts<\/strong> (9) should be used by default in the event.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click the <strong>floppy disk icon<\/strong> (10) to save your new event template.
