Once you&#8217;ve selected the appropriate event template, the same options will be available there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Template<\/strong> &#8211; The template allows you to define typical events, including the required <span style=\"background-color: #f2f4f6\"><a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/churchtools-modules\/administration-events\/roles-and-role-categories\/\" id=\"7129\">roles<\/a><\/span>, descriptions, additional information for admins, etc. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kalender<\/strong> &#8211; Dies sind die Kalender aus dem Kalender-Modul. Die Kalender sind dort einzurichten. B. ein Event im Gruppenkalender <em>Lobpreis<\/em>&nbsp;geplant ist, k\u00f6nnen nur die jeweils f\u00fcr diesen Gruppenkalender berechtigen Personen das Event sehen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Additional Information<\/strong> &#8211; This appears directly below the event you created and is visible to everyone who can view the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Responsible<\/strong> &#8211; One or more people can be assigned here. These individuals are then authorized to configure any roles for the event, regardless of other permissions, and will receive notifications about changes to the event. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Repeat Until<\/strong> &#8211; If an event occurs on a regular basis, you can specify the end date here\u2014the date until which the recurring event should be scheduled. This can be set up to 5 years in the future. Changes to the recurring event are made through the <a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/churchtools-modules\/adding-appointments\/how-to-create-an-appointment\/\" id=\"7510\">calendar<\/a>.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create and edit event templates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An event template contains all the information that is always the same for a particular type of event.  <span style=\"background-color: #f2f4f6\">To create a template, first fill in all the fields. Then click the Save icon next to the template selection. You can then enter a name.
