You decide which of the view options best suits your needs: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can choose which of the three columns\u2014 <em>meetings<\/em>, <em>groups<\/em>, and <em>people<\/em> \u2014to display.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You decide whether or not to display people who are already marked as <em>present<\/em> in the list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both view options are available at any time with a single click at the top of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customize Column Display<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using the three icons for the <em>Standard View<\/em>, <em>Simplified View<\/em>, and <em>People View<\/em> (1), you can display exactly the columns that are important to your current situation. The columns available are <em>Meetings<\/em> (2), <em>Groups<\/em> (3), and <em>People<\/em> (4). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standard View<\/strong> \u2013 shows you all three columns. This gives you a complete <strong>overview<\/strong> of all events for all groups, and you can switch between different calendar events or group meetings at any time. This is especially helpful when <strong>following up<\/strong> on multiple events or recording attendance.  <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Simplified View<\/strong> \u2013 shows you only the <em>&#8220;Groups<\/em> &#8221; and <em>&#8220;People&#8221;<\/em> columns, so you can manage attendance for a single event across multiple groups at the same time.
