It will then be rolled out step by step to many other areas of ChurchTools\u2014for an even more consistent and convenient way to edit your content. <\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you create a page or write a new post in the wiki, you\u2019ll be using our text editor. Depending on whether you\u2019re using the ChurchTools website or the app, the editor offers a customized set of features. Here, we\u2019ll explain how to insert elements such as tables, images, or divider lines into your text.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inserting and Editing Tables<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click the table icon or enter the <code>\/<\/code> and select <em><strong>Table<\/strong><\/em> . By default, the editor inserts a table with three columns and three rows. The first row is set as the header row. A table always spans the entire width of the page.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you hover your mouse over the last column or row in the <a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/my-churchtools\/text-editor\/text-editor-what-views-are-available-to-me\/\">preview<\/a>, sidebars with a plus sign will appear. You can drag the bar with your mouse to easily move the column or row.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you click on the bar, the column or row menu will open. Pressing <strong>Shift+Tab<\/strong> moves you back one cell. If you press <strong>Tab<\/strong> in the rightmost cell of the last row, you&#8217;ll immediately jump to the first cell of a new row.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also use the following characters in <a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/my-churchtools\/text-editor\/text-editor-what-views-are-available-to-me\/\">the source code<\/a> to create or edit a table. You can then upload an image. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also simply insert images using drag-and-drop.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All image MIME types can be inserted, such as GIF, JPEG\/JPG, PNG, SVG, and WebP.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to change the <strong>display size of the image<\/strong>, switch to the <a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/my-churchtools\/text-editor\/text-editor-what-views-are-available-to-me\/\">source code view<\/a>. There, instead of the image, you should find a line of text that looks something like this: <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">![]<code>(\/images\/1234\/ganzvielezahlenundbuchstaben?fit=max&amp;fm=&lt;Dateiformat&gt;&amp;h=0&amp;w=940)<\/code><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can use the parameters after the question mark to set various properties for the image output. If you want to change the display size of the image, adjust the number in the <code>w=940<\/code> parameter accordingly. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Insert a divider line<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can use a divider to visually separate larger sections from one another. To do this, click the divider icon, enter <code>den<\/code> &#8220;\/&#8221;, and select <em><strong>&#8220;Separator Line&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> .
