If none exists yet, a new one will be created as soon as you mark someone as <em>present<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using the <em>gear icon <\/em>, you <em>can <\/em>filter the displayed groups by the supergroup to which they belong. This changes the display below the groups, depending on whether a group meeting already exists for that appointment or not. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using the <em>gear icon <\/em>, you <em>can <\/em>select a calendar and <em><strong>also<\/strong><\/em> view all events from that calendar. However, it also offers additional features that allow you to customize the display to suit your needs. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the bottom of the list, you&#8217;ll always see the <strong>total number<\/strong> of people displayed (1)\u2014it stays visible even as you scroll down.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can use the <strong>search box<\/strong> (2) to search for a specific person.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In <strong>the gear menu<\/strong> (3), you&#8217;ll find two useful options:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Using the &#8221; <em>Sort by First Name<\/em> &#8221; drop-down box (5), you can choose whether the list is sorted alphabetically by first name or last name.<br \/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <em>&#8220;Filter by Role<\/em> &#8221; option (6) is available when you have selected one or more groups. This allows you to narrow the display to specific roles\u2014for example, to show only the participants of a recreational activity, without including leaders or staff members. The <em>\u201cSelect All\u201d<\/em> and <em>\u201cReset\u201d<\/em> options below the list provide additional support.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using the<strong> plus icon<\/strong> (4) <em>&#8220;Add New Person<\/em>,&#8221; you can either add an existing person to a group or create a new person.
