In ChurchTools Finance, you can select the appropriate donor directly when entering a donation. The Finances module accesses the person records in the Persons module. This means you can select any person for whom a record has been created in the Persons module of your ChurchTools. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also create a new donor record here if one doesn’t already exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a person’s record is linked to another person’s through a spousal relationship, you can also indicate here that the donation was made as a married couple. This makes it especially easy for you to issue donation receipts at the end of the year, since the same donation is then certified for both spouses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
