For more information on this, see the article &#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/churchtools-modules\/transactions\/how-to-unlock-transactions\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/de\/help\/churchtools-module\/buchungen\/30-wie-mache-ich-die-festschreibung-einer-buchung-ruckgangig\/\">Can I undo a frozen booking?&#8221;<\/a> <\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Finalize a single booking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To finalize a single transaction, locate the transaction in the Finance module under the <em>Entries<\/em> tab (1) and open the <em>context menu<\/em> (2) for the transaction. instead, you can <em>close the fiscal year<\/em>. The transactions can then no longer be edited unless you reopen the fiscal year.
