Call up the People module and create a new person<\/h2>\n\n<p>To create a new person, go to the <em>Persons module<\/em> (1) and click on <em>Create new person<\/em> (2) in the menu on the left-hand side. Fill in fields and create person<\/h2>\n\n<p>Here you enter the <em>personal data<\/em> (1) of the person you want to create.<\/p>\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#3e70ce;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#f3f5f7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Hinweis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">Mandatory fields are <em>last name<\/em> and, if you have activated it for the creation of new persons in the <em>System settings<\/em> under <em>Data protection\/security<\/em> &gt; <em>Declaration of consent<\/em>, the <em>information on the declaration of consent for data storage<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n<p>You can already enter further affiliations under <em>Categories and Groups<\/em> (2).<\/p>\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#3e70ce;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#f3f5f7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Hinweis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><em>Person status<\/em> and <em>campus<\/em> are always pre-filled with the information you used the last time you created a new person. This allows you to quickly create many people with the same person status and campus one after the other. <\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n<p>With <em>Add more fields<\/em> (3), you can expand the data fields that you have marked as <em>Appears when people are entered in create new in<\/em> the <em>master data<\/em> under <em>Person fields<\/em> and fill them in.<\/p>\n\n<p>Click on <em>Create person<\/em> (4) to save the new user entry for the person.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can decide whether the <em>person<\/em> should <em>also be created<\/em> if there is already a data record with the same first name and surname.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also select that you would like to <em>create another data record<\/em> directly afterwards. Store further information<\/h2>\n\n<p>Once the user entry has been created, enter all the desired data for the person in the other <em>personal data field categories<\/em> (1).<\/p>\n\n<p>On the right-hand side of the person detail view, you can enter the person&#8217;s group affiliations (2). If the person is added directly to a group, the group membership automatically appears here.
