If you are using your own e-mail server, check that the server is set up and running correctly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Call up the System settings<\/em> (2) via the tool icon<\/em> (1) in the blue menu bar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Under Communication<\/em>, navigate to the E-mail<\/em> section (3) and check whether the Send system e-mails<\/em> (4) switch is activated. If you are using your own e-mail server<\/em> (5), also check whether the e-mail server settings are set correctly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Go to the Events<\/em> (6) section under Modules<\/em> and check under Roles<\/em> (7) whether the Send service reminders<\/em> (8) switch is activated. Here you specify the time<\/em> (9) when the reminder should be sent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n In the master data<\/em> (1) of the Events module<\/em>, check whether the Send service reminder by e-mail<\/em> option is checked for the relevant Roles<\/em> (2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n If only certain people do not receive the service reminders, check in the People module<\/em> for the person in question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each user can activate or deactivate service reminders in the Events module<\/em>. Simulate the person and check in the Events module<\/em> in the roster<\/em> (1) under Settings<\/em> (2) whether Remind me weekly of promised Roles<\/em> (3) is activated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n2.
