You can create routines for your groups. Routine templates that you adapt to your processes and procedures will help you do this. Create routines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, call up the <em>routines<\/em> (2) for your group in the <em>settings<\/em> (1). Adapt routines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Add <em>actions<\/em> and <em>delays<\/em> to a Role using the <em>+ symbol<\/em> for the <em>group membership status<\/em>. If you want to execute actions and delays multiple times, you can also schedule them in <em>loops<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use <em>drag and drop<\/em> to adjust the order of the configured <em>actions<\/em>, <em>delays<\/em> and <em>loops<\/em> so that your processes and workflows are well mapped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edit them using the <em>pencil icon<\/em>, adjust any terms and add text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can edit, ignore or delete each inserted action, delay or loop via the <em>context menu<\/em>. Activate and pause routines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The routines are paused by default when you have created them. If you have activated them, you can pause them again at any time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#3e70ce;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#f3f5f7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">If your group is still in <em>draft<\/em> group status, routines can only be activated for leader roles and automatic e-mails can only be sent to leaders. <br><br>For the other roles, you can <em>mark routines as ready<\/em> so that they become active when the group is activated, or you can activate the <em>group and the routine<\/em> at the same time.<br><\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Test routines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to make sure that your routine does what you expect it to do, you can test it before you activate it.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, first set all inserted <em>delays<\/em> to <em>Ignore<\/em> via the respective context menu. Then add a test person with the corresponding Role and Status to your group.
