This means that every church member is always up to date. Information about the place, day and time as well as notes are displayed in the calendar. This means that the important information is visible and <strong>there are no misunderstandings<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Church calendar is one of three calendar types in ChurchTools. The primary use is for general church work. This can range from <strong>public appointments<\/strong>, such as the Sunday service, to <strong>internal organization and planning<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#22c55e;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#dcfce7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Tip<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">Use the church calendar for events that are public and can be shared, e.g. church services or youth classes. These can then be displayed on your own website.<br>The congregation calendar compiles all calendars that are relevant for the entire congregation. Depending on your permission, you can also select resources here and make them visible in the calendar.  <\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Creating church services in the calendar is the first and easiest step to get started with the calendar module. You don&#8217;t need any pre-settings or additional people in ChurchTools to do this.
