ChurchTools offers you comprehensive contact management. This means that you can store extensive contact information as well as map your church structure.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With ChurchTools, you can map who is working in which department or division or which people are in which house groups. This means it is always clear who is doing what and where, and Agendas can be based on up-to-date data. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#3e70ce;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#f3f5f7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">When implementing your church structure, there is no claim to completeness at this stage! Start with the division and structures that come to mind first, for example with the Roles in your congregation (such as technique or worship leadership) or with your small groups. Gradually, you will then map your structures completely in ChurchTools. ChurchTools grows with you!   <\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transfer organization chart<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your congregation does not yet have an organizational chart, that&#8217;s not a problem. ChurchTools does not require an organization chart or an elaborate hierarchy in order to function. However, experience shows that you can clarify responsibilities and minimize queries with a clear and communicated organizational chart.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#22c55e;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#dcfce7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Tip<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">Creating an organizational chart is not difficult at all and is very worthwhile! With tools such as Excel or <a href=\"https:\/\/app.diagrams.net\/\">draw.io<\/a>, you can quickly create and expand organizational charts. <\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>Transferring an organization chart to ChurchTools is very simple. Each division of your organizational chart is represented by a group in ChurchTools. People are available and groups have been created.
