Many congregations and churches have their own rooms or houses that can be used for congregational work. Regardless of whether one room or 50 are available: it is annoying when rooms are used twice. ChurchTools supports you here with the resources module. This allows you to keep track of who has booked\/reserved what and when. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create and request rooms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ChurchTools allows you to organize and manage rooms. The resources module makes it easy for you to create rooms and make them available to different groups of people for booking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Create all rooms in the master data(Help<\/a>, YouTube<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Assign permissions according to who is allowed to view and book which room(YouTube<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Book rooms for recurring appointments directly in the calendar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
