If you store personal data or other sensitive data of your congregation in ChurchTools and users of your ChurchTools have access to this data, it may make sense for these users to accept a confidentiality agreement before they can use ChurchTools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make it easier for you to use a confidentiality agreement, we have provided a sample agreement in ChurchTools that you can customize for your congregation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can find out how to edit the confidentiality agreement stored in ChurchTools here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Call up Data security \/ Data privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To edit the privacy policy, go to the Data security \/ Data privacy<\/em> section (3) in the System settings<\/em> (2) and navigate to General<\/em> (4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
