These system e-mails are different from the e-mails that users write personally to other users. Personal e-mails are sent independently of the settings for the system e-mails.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You decide whether and which of these system e-mails should be sent. There are three levels at which you can allow or prevent sending. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">System e-mails &#8211; system-wide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <em>System settings<\/em> (1), under <em>Communication<\/em> (2) and <em>E-mail<\/em> (3), you can specify whether <em>system e-mails<\/em> should be <em>sent<\/em> or not (4).
