The log shows you in chronological order who did what in your ChurchTools and when. For example, you can see who made a change and when, and you can also track down errors if you notice unusual behavior. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can call up the log<\/em> (2) via the Manage menu<\/em>(1). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Logs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the main area of the window, all log entries<\/em> (3) are listed chronologically from new to old. You can use the search<\/em> function (4) to quickly find specific entries that you would like to take a closer look at. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For all entries, you will be shown which level<\/em> (5) they correspond to, when<\/em> (6) and in which area(domain<\/em>) (7) of your ChurchTool they were logged. Under Actor<\/em> (8) you will find the actor’s account and under Log message<\/em> (9) you will find what exactly was done. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the left-hand side, you will find various filter options to narrow down the entries in addition to searching by level<\/em>, user<\/em> and time period<\/em>. Entries with level 1<\/em> record actual errors that occurred during processes. If you have any questions about one of these entries, please contact our support<\/a> team. Level 2 and 3<\/em> entries record notes and information that are recorded, for example, when changes are made or data is called up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Statistics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the logs<\/em>, you also have the option of calling up statistics<\/em> on the most frequent<\/em> and most recent accesses<\/em> to your ChurchTools. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
