They are suitable, for example, for welcoming first-time visitors or accompanying people in their spiritual or personal development.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do follow-ups work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow-ups are used to plan tasks that are to be carried out for a specific person. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plan follow-ups <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When planning, you select who the task applies to and describe what is to be done. As soon as follow-ups that you can complete are due, you will receive a <em>reminder email<\/em> once a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you open a follow-up, you will see the contact information that you are authorized to view, and you will have the option to <em>reschedule<\/em> the task or <em>mark it as completed<\/em>. You can also <em>edit<\/em> the follow-up, add a <em>comment<\/em> to it, or add a comment directly to the person. To do this, you only need to be able to see the person and do not need any further permissions. To do this, you need the group-internal permission <em>Manage routines<\/em> or one of several global group permissions.
