There are two typical errors here that you can fix quickly: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The token (the authentication to CleverReach) has expired<br><table style=\"width: 97.1244%;border-width: 3px;border-color: #2dc26b\" border=\"1\"><tbody><tr><td style=\"width: 99.889%;border-width: 3px;padding: 3px;border-color: #2dc26b\"><strong>Excursus Token: <\/strong>The token is the key to your CleverReach account. ChurchTools uses this to authenticate itself to CleverReach and to act on your behalf. <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The scopes (permissions) are not set correctly.<br><table style=\"width: 97.1244%;border-width: 3px;border-color: #2dc26b\" border=\"1\"><tbody><tr><td style=\"width: 99.8577%;border-width: 3px;padding: 3px;border-color: #2dc26b\"><p><strong>Excursus Scopes:<\/strong> In order for CleverReach to be connected to ChurchTools, an OAuth app has already been created in CleverReach in advance. This app can be provided with so-called <em>scopes<\/em>. Scopes are basically permissions. This means that when ChurchTools accesses CleverReach, CleverReach uses the set scopes to check whether this action is permitted.   <\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Test<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There is an easy way for you to test the connection to CleverReach in the <em>system settings<\/em> under <em>Integration<\/em>. Click on the &#8220;Test connection&#8221; button and ChurchTools will carry out a few tests. If everything is OK, ChurchTools will show you a green information box to indicate this. If an error occurs or something is wrong, a red box will show you this error with a corresponding note.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1st token expired<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is possible that the token can no longer be used. The following error message will then be displayed: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-4.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"795\" height=\"136\" src=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-4.png\" alt=\"CleverReach-Verbindung ist fehlerhaft\" class=\"wp-image-17311\" srcset=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-4.png 795w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-4-300x51.png 300w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-4-768x131.png 768w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-4-360x62.png 360w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 795px) 100vw, 795px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Solution:<\/strong> In this case, you need to reconnect your CleverReach account to ChurchTools. To do this, simply click on the &#8220;Reconnect&#8221; button. You will be redirected to CleverReach, where you must enter your CleverReach account username and password and log in. You will then be automatically redirected back to ChurchTools.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#ef4444;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#fee2e2;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Warnung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">Really use the &#8220;Reconnect&#8221; button! You should not disconnect. If you disconnect, you will lose all information in ChurchTools about which people have already been synchronized.  <\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. set scopes (permissions)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the scopes for the functions required by ChurchTools are not correct, the following error message appears when testing in the system settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-5.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"506\" height=\"135\" src=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-5.png\" alt=\"CleverReach-Verbindung Berectigungen fehlerhaft\" class=\"wp-image-17313\" srcset=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-5.png 506w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-5-300x80.png 300w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-5-360x96.png 360w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 506px) 100vw, 506px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong> The scopes must be set correctly in CleverReach.
