Navigate to the Sync module. There you will see the items External systems<\/em>, Executions<\/em> and Logs<\/em> in the second menu level. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Externals systems<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Here you get an overview of the external systems already created<\/em> (1) and connect new external systems<\/em> (2) to your ChurchTools. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For each connected system, you define person\/transaction<\/em> and property pairs<\/em> (3) and add orders<\/em> (4) with which you can synchronize the data of the two systems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All planned<\/em> (1) and already completed<\/em> (2) executions of orders are clearly displayed here. If you would like to know more about a specific execution, a click on this execution will take you directly to the corresponding log<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use the filter<\/em> (3) to easily narrow down the display and keep an overview at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
