With ChurchTools, you can not only create individual appointments, meeting requests or recurring appointments, but also appointment templates. These can save you a lot of time when creating similar or irregularly recurring appointments and help you not to forget important information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Create appointment template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To create a new appointment template, proceed as if you were creating a new appointment.
You can find out how to create a new appointment here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can of course save all appointment information in the template, but also sign up groups and events to be created or resources required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All this information is saved in an appointment template when you click on Save appointment as template<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The appointment templates are saved per calendar. This means that, depending on which calendar you create a new appointment in later, you have different appointment templates to choose from, making it easier for you to keep track. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Edit appointment templates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you have already created an appointment template and would like to change it, select the template when creating a new appointment. Then make the changes to the template and click on Save oppointment as template<\/em>. The original template will then be overwritten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
