Create appointment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First, of course, you have to create your appointment.<br>It is important that you <strong>do not save<\/strong> the <strong>appointment<\/strong> after you have entered all the information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can learn how to create an appointment <a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/churchtools-modules\/adding-appointments\/13-how-to-create-an-appointment\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Book resources<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have entered all the appointment information, book all the required resources.<br>It is also important here that you <strong>do not save<\/strong> your <strong>appointment<\/strong> after you have booked the resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find out how to book resources directly in the appointment <a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/churchtools-modules\/adding-appointments\/13-how-to-create-an-appointment-and-book-a-resource\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
