In many cases, usually as soon as your ChurchTools is at least partially publicly accessible, your church needs an imprint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can link to an existing legal notice in ChurchTools, e.g. from your congregation’s website (external legal notice) or use the legal notice stored in ChurchTools and adapt it for your congregation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can find out how to edit the legal notice stored in ChurchTools here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Call up Data security \/ Data privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To edit the legal notice, go to Data security \/ Data privacy<\/em> (3) in the System settings<\/em> (2) and select Legal notice<\/em> (4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Edit imprint<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Here you click on Edit (imprint)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The legal notice stored in ChurchTools opens in a new browser tab.
To edit it, click on the context menu<\/em> (1) and select Edit page<\/em> (2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the Save button<\/em> in the top right-hand corner to save your changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
