Whether you are creating a new group or editing an existing group, the heart of the group is always the people who belong to it.
If you manage a group, you should keep its members and their details up to date. That\u2019s why it\u2019s important to know how to add and remove people, and how to change their details, such as their group role or group status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add person<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To add individual person to a group, navigate to Members<\/em> (1) in the group and click on Add member<\/em> (2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can then search<\/em> for the person you want to add (3) or select a person from the suggestions<\/em> (4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You then assign the person their role<\/em> (1) and status<\/em> (2). You can also add a comment<\/em> (3), edit the joining date<\/em> (4) and, if required, set the leaving date<\/em> (5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also enter information in the group member fields (6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Click on Add a person<\/em> (7) to complete the process and the person is now a member of the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
