The statuses are displayed in rows in the overview. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the middle column, you define the actions to be carried out for the people who match your <strong>filter result<\/strong> (2). The right-hand column is therefore empty here.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add to Group<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The person is added to the Group, i.e. marked as <em>active<\/em> and thus receives group-internal permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enter request<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The person is marked as <em>requested<\/em> and therefore does not receive any group-internal permissions. Either you define another action that further regulates this person&#8217;s membership or you check the request yourself and set the person&#8217;s group member status and role manually. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Person is marked as <em>requested<\/em> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Groups_Settings_Automatic-membership_Actions_Requested.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"168\" height=\"56\" src=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Groups_Settings_Automatic-membership_Actions_Requested.png\" alt=\"Groups - Settings - Automatic membership - Actions - Requested\" class=\"wp-image-44335\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The actions in the middle column are carried out for people who have <strong>requested group membership<\/strong> (e.g. via the group homepage) or whose group membership status has been set to <em>requested<\/em> by a leader or employee and who <strong>match<\/strong> your <strong>filter<\/strong> and should be included. In the right-hand column, you can specify what should happen to requests for this group member status if the person <strong>does not match your filter<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accept request<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The person is added to the Group and thus receives Group-internal permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reject request<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The person is marked as <em>to be deleted<\/em> and therefore does not receive any group-internal permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delete request<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The person is not added to the Group and therefore does not receive any group-internal permissions. The request is automatically deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Edit request<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The person&#8217;s group membership status remains <em>requested<\/em>, but their role or group membership fields can be changed.
