If you use a date, both relative and formula-based filters are available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can combine the conditions for the filter in <strong>&#8220;and&#8221;<\/strong> or <strong>&#8220;or&#8221; connections (e.g. conjunction or disjunction)<\/strong> as appropriate for your use case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below the person filter, you will always be shown a current <strong>hit list<\/strong>, which you can use to easily check whether your filter is set correctly,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8230; THEN actions are executed automatically<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The people found with the filter you have set will then be automatically assigned with the execution of <strong>.<\/strong>..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8230; added to or removed from the group you selected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8230; receive a new group member role and\/or a new group member status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8230; new or changed group member fields are entered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A distinction is made between two columns. As this new feature is very broad and potentially serious mistakes can be made (e.g. removing all members of a group), it makes sense to only enable this function for administrators.
