Currently, the documentation on rights management is only available in German. The German term is also described in English below.<br>If you want to know which rights a user needs to enter absences, for example, scroll to &#8220;Enter absences&#8221; (Abwesenheiten eintragen). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The functions are listed <strong>by module.<\/strong> You can use the buttons in the filter bar to quickly search for all functions of an individual module. To find specific functions, we recommend you search using <em>CTRL + F<\/em> or <em>Cmd + F<\/em>.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under the heading you will find a <strong>diagram that shows you one or more ways<\/strong> in which you can authorize a user for the selected function. Each path always starts at the top. If you follow the diagram elements to the end, the user can use the selected function in any case. Both paths allow the user to send emails to specific recipients. In the orange element on the right, you can see two <strong>yellow<\/strong> elements <strong>below each other<\/strong> that work together in an <strong>&#8220;and&#8221; link<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You therefore have two paths that you can use independently of each other. However, one of the two paths is made up of two connected prerequisites. You enter both paths at the top.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#3e70ce;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#f3f5f7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>1st Route<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">The user has the global right to view persons in an partition (view alldata) in Persons &amp; Groups and can therefore send emails to all persons whom they are authorised to view.<br><br><strong>OR<\/strong><br><br><strong>2nd Route:<\/strong><br>Here are the requirements for a user to see people in visible groups and send them emails, again in an \u2018and\u2019 conjunction:<br><strong>1. Prerequisite:<\/strong><br>The user has the global right to \u2018view group\u2019 including its group members in People &amp; Groups.<br><strong>AND<\/strong><br><strong><strong>2.
