B. Musik). Diese <a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/de\/help\/churchtools-modules\/verwalten-events\/40-wie-lege-ich-eine-dienstkategorie-an\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"7137\">Dienstkategorien<\/a> legt man in den Stammdaten oben rechts an.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die <strong>Dienste<\/strong> sind konkrete Aufgaben innerhalb dieser Dienstgruppe (z. B. die verschiedenen Instrumente).&nbsp;Einzelne <a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/churchtools-modules\/administration-events\/how-to-create-a-service\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"7139\">Dienste<\/a> k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls in den Stammdaten hinterlegt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Create event<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun erfolgt das <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/de\/help\/churchtools-modules\/events-planen\/0-event\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"7335\">Anlegen eines Events<\/a><\/strong> (links oben auf &#8220;Neues Event anlegen&#8221;). Es gibt hier zwei Optionen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Man erstellt das Event im Kalendermodul<\/strong>.<br>Sobald ein Termin im Kalender erstellt wird und zus\u00e4tzlich&nbsp;<em> eine Eventvorlage aktiviert<\/em> ist, erscheint der Kalendereintrag ebenfalls unter den Events.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advantage: You can immediately select resources here &#8211; which room is required, which technical equipment, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disadvantage: The employee requirements can only be selected here using a template. If you have created a solid template, this is not a problem.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You create the event directly in the Events module<\/strong>.<em> <\/em><br> The event is then also transferred to the calendar.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vorteil: Man kann einen exakten Bedarf an Mitarbeitern f\u00fcr dieses Event eintragen, nicht nur eine Vorgabe nutzen. Diesen sollte man vorher festlegen, damit man nicht f\u00fcr jeden Gottesdienst jeden einzelnen Dienst per Hand eintragen muss. Diese Vorlage wird dann f\u00fcr alle Gottesdienste angewendet, kann dann aber nat\u00fcrlich noch f\u00fcr jeden einzelnen Gottesdienst angepasst werden.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Absences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is extremely helpful for duty scheduling if every employee has entered their absences. Everyone can enter for themselves when they are on vacation, for example. This <strong>&#8220;News on duty&#8221; e-mail<\/strong> can be activated here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Display settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The display of the duty overview can be adjusted to your own preferences in the settings. (This can also be done directly in the duty roster). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Subscribe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At the bottom you can <strong>subscribe <\/strong>to your <strong>duty roster via iCal<\/strong> and integrate it into your personal calendar (e.g. Google calendar).
