F\u00fcr die Gruppenzugeh\u00f6rigkeiten gibt es eine eigene <a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/help\/churchtools-module\/import-export\/0-import-von-personen-zu-gruppen-zuordnungen\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"7379\">Importfunktion<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In advance: Consider and check settings in ChurchTools<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data protection e-mail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the general settings for data protection\/security under <em>Manage &gt; System settings &gt; Data protection\/security &gt; General<\/em>, you can enable a data protection email to be sent to newly created persons with a stored email address containing all the data categories stored about them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"940\" height=\"321\" src=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-232.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12206\" srcset=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-232.png 940w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-232-300x102.png 300w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-232-768x262.png 768w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-232-360x123.png 360w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have activated this setting, every new person created via the import will receive this email. If you do not want this, deactivate the setting before importing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Settings for the declaration of consent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the settings for the declaration of consent under <em>Manage &gt; System settings &gt; Data protection\/security &gt; Declaration of consent<\/em>, you can select that the information on the declaration of consent is mandatory when creating new persons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have checked this box, you can only create new people in ChurchTools with your imported data if the consent fields are entered in separate, assigned columns in your file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically: In your file to be imported, the fields: <em>Consent given on, Consent by which<\/em> and <em>Consent by whom<\/em> must be entered as columns <strong>and<\/strong> filled in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not have this data to hand or would like to enter it later, remove the tick before importing and enter the declarations of consent later.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#22c55e;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#dcfce7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">Bevor du nun weitermachst, solltest du auf jeden Fall deine <strong>Daten vorbereiten und als CSV-Datei abspeichern<\/strong>, sodass der Import reibungslos klappt. Wie das geht, erf\u00e4hrst du in unserer <a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/help\/churchtools-module\/import-export\/0-wie-bereite-ich-eine-csv-datei-fur-den-import-vor\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"7466\">Anleitung<\/a>. <br><br>Um dich dabei zu unterst\u00fctzen, dass der Import deiner Daten reibungslos funktioniert, stellen wir dir im Dialogfenster des Personenimports eine <strong>auf dein ChurchTools angepasste Vorlage<\/strong> zum Herunterladen zur Verf\u00fcgung, in die du deine Daten eintragen kannst. Dazu rufst du das <em>Personenmodul<\/em> auf und klickst links im Men\u00fc auf <em>Personen importieren<\/em>. This is important as the column names in the CSV file may differ from those in ChurchTools. If you have used our import template, it is highly likely that everything is correct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The designations from your ChurchTools are displayed on the left-hand side (1). On the right are the assigned columns from your CSV file (2).
