Install LabelPrinter<\/h2>\n\n<p>You can find the <strong>installation file<\/strong> for Windows <a href=\"https:\/\/seafile.church.tools\/d\/a8c34d42436d431d8470\/\">here<\/a> for download.<\/p>\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#3e70ce;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#f3f5f7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Hinweis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">Aktuell gibt es den <em>LabelPrinter<\/em> nur f\u00fcr Windows. Der Drucker muss mit dem <strong>Windows-Ger\u00e4t<\/strong> verbunden werden, auf welchem das <em>LabelPrinter-Tool<\/em> installiert ist. Daf\u00fcr kannst du den Drucker entweder per Kabel verbinden oder du verbindest sowohl den Drucker als auch dein Windows-Ger\u00e4t mit demselben Netzwerk.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>If your church <strong>does not use Windows devices<\/strong>, you could use a Raspberry Pi in your network and install the tool on it. You can then control this over the network, e.g., from devices with Linux or macOS operating systems or from mobile devices.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. You should definitely try logging in with this user once to set the password and confirm the consent page if necessary.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>You can <strong>change<\/strong> this data at any time in the LabelPrinter tool under <em>Settings <cx id=\"gid_1\"><\/cx>Basic Settings<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Configure Printer and Enable for ChurchTools<\/h2>\n\n<p>Under <strong>Configure Printer<\/strong>, select the printer, set it up, test it, and enable it for ChurchTools.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"340\" height=\"264\" src=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-213.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11948\" srcset=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-213.png 340w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-213-300x233.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 340px) 100vw, 340px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>(1) You <strong>select<\/strong> the desired printer.<br\/>(2) And <strong>set<\/strong> the settings for the printer.<br\/>(3) In this step, confirm with the checkbox that you want to <strong>enable<\/strong> this printer for ChurchTools.<br\/>(4) Finally, <strong>test<\/strong> the printer and check if your settings are correct.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Select Printer in Check-in<\/h2>\n\n<p>Now that you have connected the printer, a user with the appropriate rights in your ChurchTools installation can <strong>select<\/strong> it in the check-in and automatically print the labels for your check-ins.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Optional: Adjust Font and Size<\/h2>\n\n<p>To adjust the font and size, make the appropriate settings in the churchdbsync.ini file. This file is located in your user data, in the hidden system directory &#8220;AppData&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#3e70ce;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#f3f5f7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Hinweis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">Solltest du vorher bereits die Druckeranbindung \u00fcber DBSync genutzt haben und nun den neuen LabelPrinter installieren, musst du Schriftart und -gr\u00f6\u00dfe nicht erneut anpassen. Here, scroll down a bit in the list and activate the option <em>Show hidden files, folders, and drives<\/em>.
