Sometimes it is necessary to be able to call up past appointments or events in the calendar.
In order not to unnecessarily increase the load on your ChurchTool and thus impair its functionality, no infinitely long period of the past is kept visible in the calendar.
Therefore, it may happen that an appointment that was two years ago, for example, is no longer displayed in the calendar.
In the system settings, you can specify that you also want to be shown dates that are more than two years old.
To do this, navigate to the Modules tab (3) in the system settings (2) and select the Calendar tab (4). There you can now enter how many days in the past (5) dates should be displayed in the calendar.
