Of course, you can not only create new appointments in ChurchTools, but also edit existing appointments.
Edit individual appointment #
To edit an individual appointment, simply click on the appointment.
The appointment details will then open, which you can then customize as desired.
The customization options are the same as those available to you when you create a new appointment. We show you more details in the article How to create an appointment?
Edit series appointment #
If you want to edit a series appointment, click on an appointment entry from the series and then have the following three options:
- (1) You can only edit the selected appointment.
- (2) You can edit the selected date and all subsequent dates in the series.
- (3) You can edit the entire series.
If you only edit the selected appointment (1), it will be removed from the appointment series and treated as a single appointment in future.
If you edit the selected appointment and all future appointments (2), the appointment series is split and all edited appointments are saved as a new appointment series.
