Option 1: Does the profile not belong to your community? #
Many profiles are managed by the communities themselves. So please use the contact information in the profile to contact those responsible for the community and make them aware of this. If they are unable to change this themselves, they can contact us directly.
Option 2: Does the profile belong to your community? #
2.1 Does your congregation already use ChurchTools? #
Here, too, you should first speak to those responsible in your congregation. If your congregation already uses ChurchTools, they can easily customize the profile via your ChurchTools installation. Those responsible can find out how to do this on How to create and edit our public profile?
2.2 Your congregation does not yet use ChurchTools? #
In this case, please also speak to the person responsible at your church first. 2.3 Your congregation does not use ChurchTools and does not want to? #
Then you have two options: Either we delete your profile from the Finder or you let us make the changes. However, both options require official proof from your community that we should actually do this. In this case, please use the contact form Report profile (2) via the three-dot menu in the relevant profile (1).

Select the category Incorrect data in the form, enter your change request or request for deletion and enter your name and e-mail address. We will contact the person responsible in your municipality directly with your details and ask for confirmation. Once confirmation has been received, we will either change the data or deactivate the profile.
