Let us verify your ChurchTools installation so that your church profile can be published in the ChurchTools Finder. Our goal is to provide our users with a reliable and secure platform. That’s why we verify that there is a real church behind every Finder profile. You will be guided through the verification process directly in ChurchTools. You don’t have to do anything outside of ChurchTools.

1. We ask the leaders of your church for confirmation #

We inform the leaders of your church via their official e-mail and/or phone number that you want to represent the church with your ChurchTools installation and ask for their confirmation that this is wanted.

1.1 We get an OK from your church #

If the people in charge of your church agree, we will verify your installation and publish the church profile you have created immediately.

1.2 We do not get an OK from your church #

If the responsible persons do not agree, then we will block the option Verify and publish for your installation and the profile will not be published.

2. We need your permission to share your data with the leaders of your church #

To start the verification process, we need your permission to share your name and e-mail address with the leaders of your church. By checking the box during the verification process in ChurchTools, you give us permission to do so.

3. We will confirm the verification as soon as we have received the confirmation. #

As soon as we have received a response from the responsible persons, we will notify you at your e-mail address.
