Depending on the legal form of your church or which federal state you are located in, the specifications for the appearance of the donation receipts or collective receipts may vary.
In ChurchTools you have the possibility to change the template for the donation receipts. Either by editing the existing template or by saving a new template of your own in ChurchTools.
1. Download and upload the template #
To get started, you can download our template in the Preview (1) section and upload it back into ChurchTools in the same place (2) after you have adapted it to your specifications.
2. Customise the template #
The templates are based on HTML and are therefore best edited in a text-only editor.
You can use various placeholders to adapt the template. We have compiled a small overview for you here.
