Deletions
- Resources
- It is no longer possible to set the status of a booking request to “Deleted.” For existing “deleted” booking requests, this status can no longer be changed. In the medium term, the “Deleted” status will be removed. (Note: We are not yet able to implement this change in the REST API. Nevertheless, we ask that you refrain from using this status there as well.)
- System-Settings
- Alpha Bookstore has been removed from System Settings.
Improvements
- Groups
- You can now create multiple groups at once.
- When duplicating a group, any linked appointments are no longer copied along with it.
- The performance of the group members table has been improved.
- Calendar
- In the Resources tab of the appointment editor, you can now add and edit notes for bookings.
- Finance
- In the Balance Sheet Report and Income Statement Report analyses, you can now also select the month before the last as the filter period.
Fixed Bugs
- General
- The incorrect translation key in the filter dropdown for “Show more results” has been corrected.
- Persons
- After giving consent for a child, the parent can now also submit a consent form for themselves.
- When merging duplicate records, avatars are now correctly transferred from the duplicate record.
- Groups
- In the group bulk action Edit Tags, you can now create and add new tags again. The action Automatically Create Weekly Group Meetings now works even in special cases and for groups without a designated day of the week.
- When registering only for yourself, the privacy consent form is now displayed again if it is still required.
- If a custom group membership field is removed from the query during automatic group membership, a JSON error no longer occurs.
- Users with the Edit Groups of a Group Type permission can now view and edit group information even for groups with restricted visibility.
- Calendar
- Appointments in a calendar created using an event template can now optionally be created without the template.
- When opening an appointment via a direct link, all calendar categories are now reloaded correctly when the dialog is closed.
- Appointment tooltips are now displayed next to the appointment by default to prevent text from being cut off at the bottom.
- Events
- The tooltip for the agenda button in the list view now distinguishes between View, Edit, and Create.
- The paperclip icon next to events is no longer displayed if the user does not have permission to upload files.
- Agendas are once again exported with the event date.
- Public Relations
- Deleting an image for a single location no longer causes the church logo to be deleted.
- Sync
- We fixed a bug that prevented some sync jobs from running automatically since the time change.
