Deletions

  • Resources
    • It is no longer possible to set the status of a booking request to “Deleted”. This status can no longer be changed for existing “deleted” booking requests. In the medium term, the “Deleted” status will be removed. (NB: We are not yet able to implement this change in the REST API. Nevertheless, we ask you to refrain from using this status there as well).
  • REST API
    • The endpoint for exporting agendas had to be removed and split into two new endpoints, which now export either the agenda of an event or a template.
  • System settings
    • Alpha-Bookstore has been removed from the System settings.

Improvements

  • Groups
    • Several groups can now be created at once.
    • When duplicating a group, a linked appointment is no longer copied.
    • The performance of the group member table has been improved.
  • Calendar
    • Comments can now be added and edited for the bookings in the resources tab of appointment processing.
  • Finances
    • The previous month can now also be selected as a filter period for the Balance Sheet Report and P&L Report.
  • Wiki
    • The wiki has been adapted to the new style guide.

Fixed errors

  • General
    • Incorrect translation key in the filter dropdown for ‘Show more results’ has been corrected.
  • Persons
    • After giving consent for a child, the parent can now also give a declaration of consent for themselves.
    • When merging duplicates, avatars are now correctly transferred from the duplicate.
    • If an error occurs when saving an e-mail address, existing e-mail addresses of the same user remain unaffected.
  • Groups
    • New tags can now be created and added again in the Edit group tags bulk actions. The action Automatically create weekly group meetings now also works for exceptional cases and groups without a weekday.
    • For registrations for your own person only, the data protection consent is now displayed again if it is still required.
    • If a user-defined group membership field is removed from the query for an automatic group membership, there is no longer a JSON error.
    • Users with the permission to edit groups of a group type can now also see and edit group information for groups with limited visibility.
    • When creating several groups, the completion overview is displayed again after subsequently creating skipped groups.
  • Calendar
    • Appointments in a calendar with an event template can now also be created again without an event template.
    • After opening an appointment via a direct link, all calendar categories are now loaded correctly when the dialog is closed.
    • Appointment tooltips are now preferentially displayed next to the appointment to avoid being cut off at the bottom.
    • When editing appointments with resource bookings, “On behalf of” is retained.
    • When saving an appointment, an assistant selected via Autocomplete is no longer incorrectly treated as unknown.
  • Events
    • The tooltip of the Agenda button in the list view now distinguishes between display, edit and create.
    • Paperclip icon for events is no longer displayed if the person does not have permission to upload files
    • Agendas are exported again with the date of the event.
    • File uploads to events now correctly take into account whether people are assigned to the respective Roles.
  • Public relations
    • Deleting an image for an individual campus no longer deletes the community logo.
  • Sync
    • Fixed a bug that prevented some sync jobs from running automatically after the time change.
