- There are several new configuration options that can be adjusted via churchtools.config. Hosting customers can simply send an email to support@churchtools.de with their requested changes:
- The minimum password length can now be adjusted using the “minimum_password_length” property
- Data export via CSV can be prevented using a “prevent_export” property.
- New property “send_data_security_emails” added: When this property is enabled (1), an email is sent to new contacts upon creation, containing the data fields that were entered for them (without the actual values).
- Logging of changes to records has been added for: Export, Absences
- Added a note regarding a potential data breach during export.

- (CS) The “Cancel” option can be disabled for roles; for example, this allows you to require employees to swap their requests instead of canceling them.
- The minimum required PHP version has been raised to 5.6
