Improvements

  • Groups
    • Routines can now be created in the group settings. Routines make it possible to guide and inform group members step by step depending on their role and status, and to automatically edit group memberships. To create and edit routines, you need the internal group permission “Manage routines” or one of the global permissions for editing the group. Sample templates are available.
    • Automatic emails and follow-ups have been migrated to routines.
    • Follow-ups for a group now have their own menu and are displayed on the overview page and in the group member modal.
    • Follow-ups can now also be created manually and without group membership.
    • The follow-up reminder email has been improved.
    • In the login settings and routines of a group, you can now set whether or not the standard confirmation email should be sent.
    • When sending emails via routines, there is now the option to include an unsubscribe link.
    • The member widget on the group overview page has been improved.
  • System-Settings
    • There is now a new “Login” page in the menu, which contains settings for “Stay logged in” and login with or via ChurchTools.
    • Other OAuth systems are now available as login options for ChurchTools. This means, for example, that you can log in to your own ChurchTools with another ChurchTools account.
    • If no administrator email address is stored, a red notice will be displayed on the start page for the super admin.
  • Events
    • The positions in the agenda can now only be sorted using an explicit symbol.
    • To delete services, you now need the “Edit master data” right.
    • The name of the agendas is now automatically generated from the information of the associated event and can no longer be changed.
  • Calendar
    • The address search function in the “Location” appointment field has been improved.
  • Finance
    • Donation refunds can now be booked and will be taken into account on the donation receipt.

    • The old Ajax endpoints for creating and deleting tags have been removed.

Fixed Bugs

  • Groups
    • The QR code for check-in is now available again in the member dialog.
    • Members are now sorted more correctly on the group chat settings page.
    • In the group member table, the filter now works for several group member fields at the same time.
  • Persons
    • If you are unable to see the person you have created, an error has occurred. This has been fixed.
  • Posts
    • The lightbox for images now also works reliably in Safari.
  • Calendar
    • Data is loaded correctly again in the tooltip for an appointment.
    • Images are transferred for copied entries and event templates.
  • Events
    • The email icon in the service tooltip is displayed reliably again.
  • Finance
    • The balance sheet report now always displays the profit and loss surplus correctly. In addition, there is now a summary of all account types on the assets and liabilities side.
  • Sync
    • Custom sync adapters can now also be addressed if the URL of the sync adapter contains an additional path.
  • REST-API
    • A PHP error in the use of the endpoint GET /persons with birthday filter has been corrected.
